Industrial architecture and award-winning design come together in this tri-level home to create a stylish city fringe address opposite Camperdown Park. Designed by Smart Design Studio as a contemporary reinterpretation of the surrounding traditional terraces, Sugarmill pays homage to the building’s history by using triangular ‘butterfly roofs’ and a select palette of materials.

Designed to cater to inner city families with a top floor master retreat and dedicated study, the ecologically sustainable building was winner of the MBA Excellence in Housing Award for Adaptive Reuse (2013).
