An inspired fusion of luxurious materials—brass, marbles in Viola, Elba, and Norwegian Rose, limestone, timber, and stucco—brought to life with soft curves, fluted themes and sculptural plasterwork.
Completed in mid-2023, Harbour Vista House redefines luxurious family living in Vaucluse. Spanning four meticulously designed levels, this architectural masterpiece was created in collaboration with George Carone and Daniela Tippett of Casabela Interiors. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to blend opulence with functionality, delivering a home that is as breathtaking as its uninterrupted Sydney Harbour views.
From the marble finishes in the kitchen, bars, and bathrooms to the custom lighting sourced from icons such as Kelly Wearstler, Thomas O’Brien, and Lee Broom, the home is a showcase of artisanal craftsmanship. At its heart lies an architecturally curved staircase, crowned with an oversized Craig Waddell artwork, embodying the seamless harmony of art and architecture. The home’s facade and interiors echo this motif, with soft curves complementing its expansive glass windows, ensuring a light-filled sanctuary.
The outdoor spaces rival the interiors in splendor. A lush rooftop garden envelops the home, creating a tranquil oasis that evokes the feeling of a permanent holiday.
